Technical Product Documentation Officer

About the role

The Technical Product Documentation Officer will lead SKU range development, manage product coding and create comprehensive technical documentation for medical products. This role works closely with project teams to define service strategies, establish BOM structures and ensure data consistency across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of SKU range build‑up and manage product coding.
• Prepare Technical Product Documentation (TPD), including engineering Bills of Materials and configuration management.
• Collaborate with project teams to define service strategies and establish BOM structures.
• Collect project data, compute statistics and report KPI results regularly.
• Verify actual versus planned performance and support project leads with comprehensive plans.
• Provide guidance on processes, tools and procedures, and handle administrative tasks such as training coordination and employee account management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Science or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in technical product documentation, project support or related R&D roles.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP, Windchill and Planisware.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and computational thinking abilities.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
