Project Engineer – EM-IB PTP Project

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to lead the EM‑IB PTP project within Bosch Group in Changsha. The role bridges sales and engineering, ensuring customer projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support Bosch sales divisions by preparing customer project quotations.
• Lead a cross‑functional project team to achieve Technical, Cost, Quality and Timing (TCQT) targets.
• Manage project risks, conduct assessments when deviations occur and coordinate task‑force problem solving.
• Report project milestones and status in line with the Bosch Compass framework.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and internal sales or technical sales teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Solid experience in commercial and project development within the automotive industry.
• Strong English communication skills; additional German or Japanese is a plus.
• Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams across time zones.
• Comfortable handling high‑pressure situations and influencing stakeholders to meet project goals.
• PMP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
