Production Supervisor – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead the workshop team at our Wuxi plant. The role ensures quality, cost and delivery targets are met while driving continuous improvement in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise the shop floor according to TPZ and the production plan.
• Train, qualify and evaluate workers following the RBCD training system and guidelines.
• Motivate the team to achieve production targets and monitor performance.
• Lead productivity and CIP initiatives, maintain 5S, EHS and discipline standards.
• Implement quality tools (SPC, Poka‑Yoke, 8D, QAM) and ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949 and Bosch quality systems.
• Support cost‑reduction, quality‑improvement projects and TPM implementation.
• Prepare audit documentation and coordinate with other functions to optimise resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in high‑volume manufacturing.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with ISO/TS 16949 standards.
• Good English and/or German communication skills.
