Supervisor for Dry Dock Repair

About the role

As a Supervisor for Dry Dock Repair you will lead on‑site service activities that keep marine boilers and auxiliary equipment running safely and efficiently. You will work closely with customers, field engineers and external service providers to deliver high‑quality maintenance, installations and repairs at shipyards and customer facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute advanced maintenance, installations, repairs and condition assessments on marine equipment at customer sites.
• Investigate and resolve technical problems on specific products, modules and systems with deep product knowledge.
• Train customers and junior Field Service Engineers on basic product features and troubleshooting.
• Supervise other Field Service Engineers or external service providers during basic service jobs.
• Prepare service jobs according to the FSE Handbook, write on‑site service reports and obtain customer signatures.
• Capture installed base data, communicate sales leads and make proactive service recommendations.

Required profile

• Familiarity with marine boilers and other marine auxiliary equipment.
• More than 8 years of relevant experience in field service or marine maintenance.
• Workable English skills, both oral and written.
• Proven team‑management and on‑site leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
