Production Manager / Supervisor – Wuxi

About the role

Siemens is seeking a Production Manager / Supervisor to lead its manufacturing operations in Wuxi. You will be responsible for ensuring that production plans are executed on time, quality standards are met, and the team operates safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, plan and develop the production team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Coordinate with internal and external functions to resolve abnormal production cases and guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Analyze production capacity, identify bottlenecks and provide accurate scheduling data to the planning department.
• Monitor key performance indicators, leveraging digitalisation and automation to improve results.
• Manage shop‑floor activities including safety, 5S, attendance, and performance monitoring.
• Lead team building, on‑the‑job training, and external skill development programs.
• Supervise quality control processes, conduct regular quality training and drive continuous improvement of KPIs such as FPY.
• Handle non‑conforming products, support repair work, and contribute to new product introductions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 audits and promote a zero‑injury culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production management within an industrial setting.
