Production Line Operator I

About the role

We are looking for a Production Line Operator I to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for assembling and testing fiber‑optic connector products while ensuring that production targets and quality standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and test fiber‑optic connector products according to production plans and work instructions.
• Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of production equipment, tools, and fixtures.
• Report any equipment or product abnormalities promptly.
• Complete production logs, quality inspection records, and related documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow workshop discipline, safety requirements, and management regulations.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and properly organize materials and workstations.

Required profile

• Open to all genders, aged 18 +.
• Junior high school education or higher.
• Good physical condition, good eyesight, and no habits that affect work.
• Strong sense of responsibility, diligent work ethic, and basic hands‑on abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts and comply with safety and workshop rules.

Required skills

• Fiber‑optic connector assembly and testing.
