Product Industrialization Project Manager

About the role

Leads the planning and execution of complex manufacturing projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with Philips' organizational strategy across multiple business domains. The role drives continuous improvement, compliance, and innovation in product industrialization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans that optimize resources, mitigate risks, and meet timelines under limited supervision.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to monitor progress, resolve issues, and keep milestones on track.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline manufacturing workflows and increase efficiency.
• Track project performance against KPIs and use data‑driven insights to adjust plans as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on status, achievements, and upcoming milestones.
• Research emerging manufacturing trends and technologies, integrating relevant advancements into project plans.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on project learnings to enhance Philips' manufacturing capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 3 years with a Master’s in Project Management, Program Management, Agile Methodology or equivalent.
