Product Planner – New Product Introduction

About the role
The Product Planner will lead the ramp‑up of new automotive products, ensuring on‑time delivery and smooth transition to mass production. This role works closely with engineering, production, and global product teams to maintain product quality and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project timelines and daily activities for new product introductions.
- Coordinate tooling, material, EWAK, QZ testing and ensure readiness for SOP.
- Lead the MOE (Manufacturing Operations Engineering) effort, acting as the primary liaison between China and global teams.
- Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve engineering changes and customer requirements.
- Organise and support customer audits.
- Maintain product documentation, including PQP, service orders, QA records, and FMEA.
- Drive cost and quality improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle.
- Oversee industrial engineering aspects such as production process design and material flow.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, new product introduction, or industrial engineering within an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of automotive quality management systems.
