Procurement Excellence Specialist

About the role

This position supports procurement operations, sourcing execution, supplier negotiations, and digital transformation initiatives. You will work in a global environment, driving process automation and efficiency improvements through AI, Microsoft Copilot, and RPA solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage direct material commercial data in SAP.
• Support tail‑end sourcing and procurement execution for low‑to‑medium complexity suppliers, including RFx, quotation analysis, and recommendation preparation.
• Conduct routine commercial negotiations on pricing, payment terms, lead time, MOQ, and other conditions within delegated authority.
• Maintain proactive communication with category managers to identify sourcing opportunities and supply risks.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Copilot agents, AI‑driven workflows, and other automation tools to improve data quality and process efficiency.
• Identify automation opportunities and participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions.
• Provide additional support tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Data Analytics, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, business analysis, or process automation (preferred).
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder‑management abilities and learning agility for digital technologies.
• Ability to work independently in a global, cross‑functional environment.
