Process Support Engineer – CMP (Semiconductor)

About the role

The Process Support Engineer (PSE) will guide semiconductor products through their full lifecycle, from concept to qualification. You will provide high‑visibility on‑site customer support, conduct system diagnoses, and service complex equipment used in advanced chip manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installations, system diagnostics, and repair of complex semiconductor equipment.
• Collaborate with customers and R&D teams to develop cutting‑edge processes for chip fabrication.
• Create hypothesis experiments, design of experiments (DOE), analyze data statistically, and compile technical reports.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, conduct root‑cause analyses, and resolve challenging process‑engineering problems.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, mentoring junior colleagues and leading small projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English.
