Process Engineer – Manufacturing Engineering

About the role

The Process Engineer will be responsible for daily operation and problem‑solving of dispensing processes and equipment in a high‑tech manufacturing environment. You will support new product introductions, lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot dispensing processes and related equipment on a daily basis.
• Select adhesives, develop dispensing processes, and release new products.
• Choose, modify, and release dispensing equipment for ADAS components such as cameras and radars.
• Lead process‑improvement projects, CIP and RPP activities, tooling localization, and spare‑part optimization.
• Participate in global IPN meetings and lead customer audits related to process compliance.
• Apply Bosch Production System 3.6 for MAE performance and TPM activities.
• Manage cross‑functional process teams and support 24/7 on‑call duties for machine or process issues.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of final‑assembly dispensing processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with statistical quality tools such as CMK, CPK, PFMEA, and QC7.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for assembly‑related failures and machinery.
• Proficiency in English.
