Plant Manufacture Engineer

About the role

The Plant Manufacture Engineer will support the A320 fuselage equipping project in Tianjin, providing technical shop‑floor support and ensuring smooth execution of work orders across structure, electrical and mechanical domains.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and support work‑order points (S0x, S99, NC, DQN, concessions) throughout fuselage equipping stages and steer them to Front Office or XAT production.
• Coordinate technical issues on the shop floor with Airbus Front and Back Office functions, including ME, PET, logistics, suppliers and quality.
• Manage non‑conformities: create NC folio points, prepare documentation, submit to the NC Review Board and follow up on DQNs or concessions.
• Maintain work‑order sequencing, balance plans and update planning in case of industrial constraints.
• Generate reports for bonding & grounding tests, ESN measurements and support daily Front Office meetings.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in aeronautics or equivalent with 5‑8 years of experience in aviation manufacturing.
• Fluent English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP and ACPnG systems.
• Experience using AirNav and DMU tools for technical analysis.
• Knowledge of non‑conformity and concession processes in aircraft production.
• Familiarity with fuselage structure, system installation and aircraft drawing sets.
