博世集团深圳分公司招聘规划工程师，负责价值流规划、工时报价及工艺标准化，推动生产线0系列执行，提升价值流BPS成熟度，并主导工程变更管理。
主要职责
- 负责价值流规划、新产品报价及工时维护与更新。
- 推动制造过程标准化，包括文件一致性和新标准制定。
- 在生产线上执行0系列项目。
- 提升价值流BPS成熟度。
- 主导工程变更管理。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历。
- 3-5年相关工作经验，具备汽车或相关行业质量背景。
- 熟练使用英语进行书面和口头沟通。
- 具备责任心、主动性、成本意识和数字化思维。
必备技能
- 8D问题解决方法。
- FMEA失效模式分析。
- MSA测量系统分析。
- SPC统计过程控制。
- Ergo人体工程学。
- IE工业工程。
