Job description
职位概况
负责基于J6B芯片平台的FOTA模块的软件架构设计、核心代码开发及性能优化，确保 OTA 升级安全、可靠，支持量产交付。
主要职责
- 设计升级状态机，实现断点续传、A/B 分区切换及自动回滚。
- 构建 OTA 安全体系，包括签名验证、传输加密和安全启动。
- 开发差分升级功能，降低升级包体积和带宽消耗。
- 制定 OTA 关键质量指标，建立监控与数据分析闭环。
- 编写方案文档、接口规范及运维手册，提供跨团队技术培训。
- 支持量产项目 OTA 刷写全流程，包括远程诊断和现场攻关。
任职要求
- 5 年以上嵌入式 Linux 或机器人/自动化系统软件开发经验，至少1 个 OTA 量产项目经验。
- 精通 UDS、DoIP、DoCAN 等诊断通信协议，熟悉 Classic 与 Adaptive AUTOSAR。
- 熟悉信息安全加解密（AES、RSA/ECC）及数字签名（PKI、Secure Boot）。
- 良好的英文阅读能力，能独立阅读芯片手册和协议规范。
必备技能
- C++、Python 编程
- Linux 内核、设备树、文件系统
- UDS、DoIP、CAN、TCP/IP 协议栈
- Classic AUTOSAR 诊断栈（DCM、DEM、FIM）
- 差分升级算法、Secure Boot、PKI
- Vector CANoe（CAPL）、Wireshark、逻辑分析仪、示波器
