About the role
Join the orthopedics manufacturing team in Suzhou, supporting the upcoming transition to a standalone DePuy Synthes company. As an Operator I you will operate production equipment safely, ensure product quality, and follow strict traceability standards.
Key responsibilities
- Start up and run the machine safely and effectively to ensure maximum performance and longevity.
- Follow good manufacturing practice to maintain full material and product traceability.
- Produce products according to manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
- Report quality issues to the cell leader as required.
- Adjust machine settings to compensate for material variations.
- Change over jigs and fixtures, storing them properly to prevent damage or misuse.
- Accurately record job transactions and monitor work‑in‑process.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the cell leader.
