职位概况
负责现场生产设备的操作、控制与监测，确保工艺指标在规范范围内，及时记录并报告异常情况。
主要职责
- 操作、控制和监测生产设备，记录测量值并分析结果。
- 检查仪表、管线，发现问题及时纠正或上报。
- 手动或使用进料设备将原料、辅助材料供应至工艺流程。
- 完成生产或包装后的清洗、清扫及现场巡检。
- 协助安全、质量事件调查并执行纠正预防措施。
- 使用防爆叉车、电瓶叉车等进行原料卸车、产品包装及仓库管理。
任职要求
- 高中或中专化工专业以上学历。
- 2 年以上化工相关工作经验，能阅读基本英语。
- 熟悉工艺文件要求，具备现场安全生产意识。
必备技能
- 叉车操作（防爆叉车、电瓶叉车、高位叉车）。
- 设备监控与工艺控制。
- MSDS（物质安全数据表）阅读。
- 基本英语阅读能力。
