Job description
职位概况
负责制造设备及工装的安装、维护、调试和技术支持，确保生产线高效运行并实现至少90%按时交付。
主要职责
- 协调并执行预防性维护任务，降低机器停机时间。
- 支持设备升级项目，协助维护主管或工程团队。
- 进行轻度机加工和基础电气控制维修。
- 使用解决方案中心工具上报现场无法解决的问题。
- 组装、调试新模具并维护现有模具。
- 采购并管理模具、备件及产能扩充需求。
任职要求
- 3-5年技术或制造环境工作经验。
- 具备维修或设备技术员背景。
- 能够阅读产品图纸。
- 矫正视力达20/40以上。
必备技能
- 电气系统经验：接近传感器、伺服电机、生产摄像头、PLC 编程与故障排除。
- 工装夹具与机器操作：基本机加工、模具力学、钳工及焊接。
- 熟练使用 MS Office（PowerPoint、Excel、Word、Outlook）。
