Manufacturing Production Operator / HDR Operator

About the role

The Manufacturing Production Operator (HDR) is responsible for assembling orders with high quality and meeting productivity targets. The role ensures on‑time completion of production tasks while maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the daily production plan, complete orders on schedule, and promptly report any abnormalities.
• Perform buddy checks and inspections, operating microscopes, calipers, and tape measures accurately.
• Debug and maintain group machines, handling on‑site maintenance and abnormal situations.
• Control scrap during the process, report material issues to supervisors, and assist investigations.
• Record daily production data (POT, ITS, scrap, LTE) accurately in the system.
• Strictly follow WI/SOP procedures, participate in daily safety (ROCK) activities, and keep the workstation tidy.
• Assist the line leader in training new employees and take part in department‑organized activities.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand or sit for at least 90 minutes continuously.
• Willingness to follow safety rules, wear protective equipment, and work in noisy or chemical environments.
• Minimum education: middle school or higher.
• Basic computer literacy and simple English proficiency.
