About the role
The Onsite Process/Plant Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of industrial process and plant equipment. Working in a manufacturing environment, you will start‑up, shut‑down, monitor and control production processes while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and control equipment to maintain optimal production efficiency.
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and support repairs.
- Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and emergency drills.
- Maintain product quality by observing process parameters and making adjustments as needed.
- Respond promptly to emergencies following established procedures.
Required profile

- Ability to work closely with quality control and maintenance personnel.
