职位概况

Brenntag在广州招聘物流专员，直属主管为物流经理。该岗位负责执行从订单到运输交付的全流程，涉及原材料、产成品等产品的运输安排，并负责运输服务考核与运输费用核准申请。

主要职责

  • 将客服或采购部门创建的交货单导入TMS，并按包装形态、危险等级、路线等因素分派给物流服务商和出货仓库
  • 协调发货文件的准备、收集与整理，并传递给物流服务商和仓库
  • 跟踪运输交付状态，统计运输服务商KPI，管理签收回单
  • 核准运输费用申请，处理客户投诉

任职要求

  • 大学本科，物流或商务专业为佳
  • 两年以上经验，有大型贸易或物流企业经验者优先
  • 良好的沟通能力和团队精神，能承受一定工作压力

必备技能

  • 熟练使用Office，有SAP/TMS操作经验更佳
  • 具备基本的英文读写能力
