职位概况
负责中央空调产品的数字营销工作，聚焦目标人群洞察、用户拓展及转化，推动产品价值传播。
主要职责
- 洞察目标人群，输出画像与圈层策略，指导投放并实时监控话题热度，提出改进方案。
- 通过公域渠道和社交媒体精准种草，实现用户拉新、留存和转化，并进行数据分析与优化。
- 与电商渠道紧密配合，解决影响消费决策的关键问题，推动新产品和营销内容孵化。
- 建设目标用户触点，对接达人、供应商进行内容创作，传递产品卖点。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、管理学等相关专业。
- 2年以上电商平台数字营销相关经验。
