职位概况
负责中央空调产品的数字营销工作，聚焦目标人群洞察、用户拓展及内容创作，提升品牌影响力和转化率。
主要职责
- 洞察目标人群，输出画像与圈层策略，指导投放并监控话题热度，提出改进方案。
- 拓展公域用户，利用社交媒体精准种草，实现拉新、留存与转化，并进行数据分析优化。
- 与电商渠道协作，解决消费决策链路问题，从消费者视角推动新产品与营销内容孵化。
- 建设用户触点，对接达人与供应商进行内容创作，传递产品价值。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、管理学等相关专业。
- 2年以上电商平台数字营销相关经验。
