职位概况
负责患者服务类项目的全流程管理，需具备医疗行业背景和项目交付经验，确保项目高效完成并满足客户需求。
主要职责
- 负责项目全流程管理，包括需求沟通、计划拆解、范围、风险、成本等管理。
- 建立并维护对内外沟通机制，确保信息一致、需求协调。
- 把控项目进度，确保高效有序完成并提升客户满意度。
- 了解患者服务项目目标，协调内部资源完成项目交付。
- 关注医疗行业动态，做好项目风险合规管控。
任职要求
- 全日制本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验，2年以上医药运营类项目经验，医学或药学专业优先。
- 熟悉项目管理理论与方法，具备完整项目管理能力。
- 3年以上项目交付经验，能独立管理跨团队并发项目，有大型项目经验者优先。
- 具备强团队合作意识和管理能力，细致沉稳，流程和细节把控能力强。
- 工作主动严谨，沟通协调能力佳，抗压能力强，责任心强。
必备技能
- 熟练使用PPT制作。
