职位概况
负责手术室护理工作，与医疗团队协作，确保患者手术前后护理安全、顺畅。
主要职责
- 与医疗团队协商评估、计划、实施并评估患者护理方案。
- 为患者及手术准备手术室，进行术前术后教育。
- 保持与手术团队、患者及家属的良好沟通，及时、准确记录护理信息。
- 与其他专业合作，确保提供有效护理并达成患者期望的结果。
任职要求
- 大专及以上护理专业学历。
- 持有效中国注册护士执照。
- 3年以上二甲以上医院手术室护理经验。
- 具备根据临床需求的手术室护理技能。
