About the role
The hospital seeks an experienced ICU Physician to provide high‑quality inpatient and outpatient care, following JCI standards and patient‑family centered decision making.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient and inpatient care as an attending/senior physician.
- Adhere to JCI principles to ensure quality and service excellence.
- Provide patient‑family centered care for medical decisions.
- Teach and mentor junior doctors to raise team competency.
- Assist the Department Chair with clinical and administrative tasks.
- Provide intensive care when patients require it, including night shifts.
- Contribute to internal and external training as a teacher/facilitator.
- Participate in professional marketing activities.
- Perform other clinical work assigned by the CMO or Department Chair.
- Handle additional clinical and administrative duties from the Inpatient Director.
Required profile
- Medical Master or MD degree.
- Minimum 10 years of ICU experience in a 3A hospital.
- Attending or Associate Chief Doctor certification.
- Effective communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Service‑oriented attitude.
