职位概况
负责收集、整理并分析销售相关数据，构建预测模型，搭建可视化看板，支持业务决策。该岗位为管培生项目，提供系统培训和成长机会。
主要职责
- 收集CRM、ERP、销售报表、市场调研等多渠道销售数据，建立并维护销售数据库，确保数据完整、准确、可追溯。
- 构建销售预测模型（多元线性回归、岭回归、Lasso回归），定期输出销售分析报告。
- 分析销售驱动因素，使用逐步回归、t检验、F检验等方法评估关键因子对销售额的影响。
- 进行实际与预测销售额的偏差分析，计算MAE、相对误差，识别模型系统性偏差并进行显著性检验。
- 使用价格弹性回归模型测算价格敏感度，开展折扣策略A/B测试并评估效果。
- 搭建并维护销售数据看板（Power BI、Tableau），实现报表自动化并培训销售团队使用可视化工具。
任职要求
- 熟练使用WORD、EXCEL等办公软件。
- 熟练掌握Excel、SQL，了解Python、Power BI、Tableau等工具。
- 具备良好的逻辑思维和数据敏感度，能将数据转化为业务语言。
- 大学统招本科及以上学历，数学等相关专业。
