职位概况
负责公司公共事务的策略规划与媒体公关活动执行，提升企业正面形象，支撑管理层对外传播需求。
主要职责
- 依据公司战略制定媒体公关内容框架与传播计划。
- 策划、组织并执行全国性媒体公关活动及新闻发布会，产出高质量媒体产品。
- 撰写新闻稿、深度稿件、视频脚本等传播素材，维护媒体内容库。
- 拓展并维护中央、北京、财经商业及自媒体/KOL等渠道关系。
- 支持管理层媒体采访议题策划、背景资料及问答提纲准备。
任职要求
- 5 年以上媒体公关工作经验，有大型企业公关部或知名媒体背景者优先。
- 文字功底扎实，具备独立撰稿能力，熟悉各类媒体及社交网络运营机制。
- 出色的沟通、人际交往及危机公关能力，抗压且具团队合作精神。
