职位概况
负责拉通销售、项目与采购生产环节，通过前瞻性的数据分析与进度规划，平衡供需关系，改善缺货与库存并存的问题。主要围绕全流程进度管理、需求预测、跨部门协同及库存优化展开工作。
主要职责
- 全流程进度管理：建立以PCBA为主的从销售预测、订单到生产、物流的全链路计划体系。
- 需求预测与库存规划：基于历史数据和项目需求，构建物料需求计划模型，提前识别供应风险并制定备货策略。
- 跨部门协同机制：定期组织销售、PM、SE等部门会议，确保计划执行与动态调整。
- 库存周转优化：监控PCBA及关键物料的库存周转率、呆滞料占比，推动消耗与处理，释放资金占用。
- 单据处理与对账：依据供应商交付情况，协助对账并提交相关流程单据。
- 芯片相关数据统计：统计芯片产品及材料的交付状态，包括wafer、封装、测试进度及数量。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流、工商管理专业优先。
- 5年以上制造业或项目型公司供应链计划经验，熟悉ERP系统（如金蝶、用友）。
- 熟练运用Excel进行大数据处理，具备较强的数据分析与建模能力。
- 具备强风险预判能力，能在问题发生前提出预警和预案。
- 沟通协调能力突出，能有效协调各部门利益，推动计划落地执行。
- 能够在复杂多变的项目需求下梳理清晰的优先级和逻辑关系。
