职位概况

负责按照生产计划完成当日装配任务，确保生产过程安全、文明，并落实5S管理要求，保障设备正常运行。

主要职责

根据生产计划积极完成当日的生产任务。
遵循工艺要求与质量标准进行安全文明生产。
进行设备点检、日常维护与保养。
执行5S管理，落实现场标准化。
及时上报生产过程中的异常情况。
完成领班或主管安排的其他工作。
阅读并理解装配图纸及工艺指导书。
准确填写生产相关表单和记录。

任职要求

高中及以上学历。
严格遵守安全操作规程，执行标准化作业。
3年以上装配工作经验。
办事沉稳、细致，思维活跃，具备良好团队合作意识。
责任心强，工作主动，能吃苦耐劳，具备环境和安全意识。
