主要职责
- 确保门店品质、服务、清洁达到标准，完成营业额和利润年度目标。
- 监督并负责门店员工的培训与考核。
- 监督新产品推出及制作程序的要求。
- 确保门店财务事宜准确。
- 界定并评估门店商圈、竞争对手和客源。
- 分析营业额、利润和人员发展，制定短期及长期目标和行动计划。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，3年以上门店管理经验。
- 良好的组织能力和管理能力，出色的团队合作能力。
- 对餐饮行业热情。
