职位概况

负责服务器架构设计、性能监控、优化及安全管理，参与服务器相关项目的规划与交付，确保系统高效、可靠并符合合规要求。

主要职责

参与服务器项目，管理进度，确保按时交付。
评估、规划并设计服务器架构，满足业务需求。
实施服务器性能监控，分析瓶颈并提出优化方案。
制定并执行安全策略，定期进行漏洞扫描与修补，确保合规。
提供技术支持，协调跨团队工作，推动服务器事务顺利进行。

任职要求

计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历。
具备5年以上服务器管理、维护和支持经验。
良好的英语口语沟通能力，能够进行跨团队协作。

必备技能

熟悉Microsoft、Red Hat、VMware、Oracle、IBM等主流软件厂商的许可模式及授权规则。
服务器性能监控与优化经验。
服务器安全管理与漏洞修补能力。
