职位概况
我们正在寻找具备3年以上数字营销经验的经理，负责制定并执行全渠道线上营销策略，提升品牌曝光和转化率。
主要职责
- 制定并落地数字营销战略，提升品牌在线曝光度。
- 管理官网、微信、抖音、小红书等社交平台及OTA渠道的内容策划与运营。
- 策划并执行线上促销、KOL合作等营销活动，提升客户转化。
- 监测流量、转化率等关键数据，定期输出效果报告并优化方案。
- 协调内部团队及外部合作伙伴，确保项目顺利进行。
任职要求
- 统招本科及以上学历，3年以上同岗位工作经验。
- 熟悉数字营销全链路，具备社交媒体运营和内容营销专业知识。
- 优秀的文案撰写与创意策划能力，能够独立完成营销方案。
- 熟练使用数据分析工具，以数据驱动决策。
- 良好的沟通协作能力，适应快节奏工作环境。
- 流利的英语听写能力。
