负责杭州地区的医疗产品销售与客户关系管理，制定并执行年度销售计划，推动业绩达成。
主要职责
- 定期拜访客户，收集市场信息并及时向上级汇报。
- 制定并落实区域年度销售计划和预测。
- 与经销商协作执行销售项目，提交月度报告。
- 组织学术研讨和促销活动，提升品牌形象。
- 维护经销商关系，确保目标一致。
- 参加公司培训并通过合规考核。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，商务、市场或医学专业优先。
- 6年以上医疗行业销售经验。
- 优秀的沟通、表达及谈判能力。
- 能建立并维护关键利益相关者关系。
- 具备团队合作精神，接受频繁出差。
- 热情且能接受挑战，严格遵守合规规定。
必备技能
- 良好的沟通与谈判技巧。
- 熟悉医疗产品及市场。
