Job description
职位概况
负责制定集团财务战略，搭建财务体系，监管预算、资金、税务及风险，支持公司决策。
主要职责
- 制定并落实集团财务战略规划，完善内控与风控体系。
- 统筹年度预算编制、执行回顾及经营财务分析。
- 设计融资方案，管理融资全流程，优化闲置资金运作。
- 制定税务筹划方案，确保合规并争取税收优惠。
- 建设并管理财务团队，协调银行、税务及政府部门关系。
任职要求
- 统招本科及以上，财务、会计、金融等专业；持有CPA、CMA、ACCA等证书优先。
- 8-10年财务经验，5年以上财务总监或负责人经验，具金融科技、跨境支付行业背景。
- 有四大会计师事务所审计经验及成功融资案例者优先。
必备技能
- 预算管理、财务核算、税务筹划、经营分析。
- 财务模型搭建、数据可视化。
- 票据运作、大宗贸易及大额资金运作。
- 熟悉会计准则、税法法规及融资政策。
- 熟练使用财务软件和数据分析工具。
