Job description
职位概况
负责杭州地区物流与供应链核心业务的数据体系建设，主导仓储、配送、履约等场景的数据模型设计与ETL开发，提升业务数据质量与效率。
主要职责
- 设计并实现物流供应链的数据模型与ETL流程，覆盖仓储、干线运输、末端配送等环节。
- 维护与治理业务数据，确保数据的准确性、一致性和时效性。
- 搭建离线及实时数据架构，构建端到端的数据质量保障体系。
- 与运营、产品等业务团队紧密合作，提供降本增效的数据解决方案。
- 推动数据资产沉淀、标准化建设及可视化提升。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、数据科学、物流工程或供应链管理等相关专业。
- 3-5年数据仓库或数据研发经验，熟悉大数据生态（Hadoop/MaxCompute）。
- 具备物流、供应链或电商履约业务背景，了解WMS、TMS等系统数据流转。
- 熟练使用SQL，具备Java或Python开发能力，能够独立完成复杂数据提取、分析与建模。
- 具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力、抗压能力及英语工作沟通能力。
