职位概况
负责关键生产设备的日常操作与维护，确保生产线平稳运行，并协助车间制定生产计划。
主要职责
- 操作中控系统、膨化制粒等关键设备。
- 指导生产车间的生产计划安排与调度。
任职要求
- 粮食工程、机电、机械、电气、数控及自动化、食品、生物工程、畜牧兽医等相关专业。
- 热爱农牧业，积极主动，有进取心。
- 能接受夜班及排班制工作模式，能够适应区域调配。
必备技能
- 熟悉中控系统及膨化制粒设备的操作流程。
