职位概况
在科主任和上级医师指导下，负责ICU住院医师工作，承担住院、门诊、急诊值班，参与患者的检查、诊断、治疗。
主要职责
- 负责一定数量病员的医疗工作，值班并执行医嘱。
- 检查、诊断、治疗病员，开具并跟踪医嘱。
- 书写病历、病程记录及出院病案小结。
- 执行规章制度，亲自或指导护士完成重要检查和治疗，防止差错。
任职要求
- 内科学、重症医学或急诊医学方向，硕士及以上学历，已完成住院医师规范化培训。
- 2026或2027年毕业，持有医师资格证、执业证书、毕业证和学位证。
- 具备初级医师职称，可无障碍变更注册。
必备技能
- 熟悉重症医学临床诊疗流程。
- 能够独立书写病历和医嘱。
