职位概况
负责儿童乐园内各类设施的日常维护、运营及安全管理，提供游客良好的游玩体验。适合在校学生，接受灵活排班。
主要职责
- 对屋内积木、投影及配套设备进行日常整理、检查、维护和保洁。
- 操作旋转木马，维护秩序，记录运营时长、客流及设备状态。
- 巡查室外体验游乐设备，保持卫生，排查湿滑、障碍等安全隐患。
- 引导游客排队，说明年龄身高限制和安全须知，监护游玩过程并制止危险行为。
- 设备异常或突发意外时及时上报并配合应急处理。
- 根据需求穿着人偶服进行互动表演。
- 完成上级安排的其他临时性工作。
任职要求
- 在校学生。
- 能够接受灵活的排班安排。
- 性格开朗、热情。
必备技能
- 具备基本的设施维护和保洁能力。
- 能够有效沟通并引导游客。
