职位概况
负责楼栋住户的生活服务与关系管理，统筹服务质量，处理投诉，组织邻里活动，确保住户体验。
主要职责
- 统筹落实住户生活服务、个案服务的质量、标准和流程管理。
- 独立处理复杂投诉，组织邻里活动。
- 协调入住前服务，了解客户需求。
- 负责住户入离调转的沟通与协调。
- 定期与住户关系人沟通，提供健康宣教。
- 安排安全访视，识别风险并提供适应服务。
- 跟进服务方案执行，收集并分析课程活动需求。
- 管理楼栋管家团队，提供支持、培训。
任职要求
- 2027届应届毕业生，本科及以上学历。
- 老年服务、社会工作、护理、心理学、酒店管理等相关专业优先。
- 熟练使用电脑和办公软件。
- 具备坚韧、敬业、学习能力和服务意识。
- 良好的问题分析、沟通表达及心理辅导能力。
- 热情、真诚、耐心，有亲和力，遵守基本礼仪。
