职位概况
生活管家负责为社区老年居民提供全方位生活服务，参与评估制定服务方案，协调资源，提升居民生活质量。
主要职责
- 参与居民评估与服务方案制定，统筹生活及特约服务。
- 与医疗、活动、餐饮等专业团队沟通协调，提供产品开发建议。
- 协助家属沟通，推动社区共建，促进居民与社区互信融合。
任职要求
- 2027年毕业，本科及以上学历，老年服务、护理、医疗、社工、家政等相关专业。
- 热爱养老行业，具备服务意识、亲和力和耐心。
- 良好的沟通应变能力，能处理突发情况和冲突。
必备技能
- 熟练使用办公软件。
- 掌握制图软件的基本操作。
- 具备视频编辑软件使用经验。
