职位概况
负责集团内部审计与风险控制，协助完善内控体系，为公司经营提供保障。需具备丰富的审计经验并能适应频繁出差。
主要职责
- 梳理并完善集团内控体系，提升风控水平。
- 依据年度审计计划，对采购、销售、工程等业务进行专项审计并提交报告。
- 推动审计整改，确保风险得到有效管控。
- 监督工程建设、集采招标及子公司日常管理。
- 对接外部审计，组织内控自评并更新RCM。
- 完成高层交办的临时性审计工作。
任职要求
- 年龄30-35岁，需经常出差。
- 7年以上内部审计经验，至少3年医药行业审计经历。
- 本科及以上学历，审计、财务等相关专业。
- 拥有会计、审计或工程类中级证书者优先。
- 具备扎实的审计理论知识和良好的沟通协调能力，能够独立完成审计任务。
