主要职责
- 操作生产机械和设备，按工单要求进行生产。
- 记录生产数据，监控产品质量。
- 执行5S管理，保持工作区域整洁。
- 进行设备点检，确保工具完好可用。
- 及时上报生产异常情况。
任职要求
- 高中及以上学历。
- 具备结果导向、主动性、以客户为中心的工作态度。
- 具备团队合作精神和良好的执行能力。
- 遵守公司政策和工厂规章，实现零事故。
必备技能
- 机器操作能力。
- 数据记录与报告能力。
- 5S现场管理经验。
