About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the eVD Reducer product line within our Electric Powertrain Technologies division. You will own the full product life‑cycle, from concept through industrialisation, ensuring technical excellence and commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, schedules and milestones in close coordination with the customer.
• Track progress, ensure compliance with timelines and take corrective actions when needed.
• Lead and motivate an international project team, delegating work packages according to expertise.
• Report project status regularly to the customer and internal management.
• Oversee product development and industrialisation, meeting customer, legal and internal requirements.
• Identify critical issues early, propose counter‑measures and coordinate with senior management.
• Manage commercial aspects, including negotiation of change requests and ensuring project profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in project management, engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle project management experience for mechanical products in the automotive industry.
• Fluent English with strong communication abilities.
