职位概况
在科主任及上级医师指导下，负责医院康复科或内科患者的诊疗工作，协助科室管理，提供高质量的医疗服务。
主要职责
- 在科主任指导下完成日常医疗工作，参与查房并汇报病情。
- 严格执行上级医师的诊治决定，密切观察病情变化，遵守值班制度。
- 撰写并审核病历、书面文书，检查实习医师记录。
- 及时向上级报告患者诊疗情况，提出转科或出院建议，疑难病例及时请示。
- 遵守医院规章制度和技术操作规范。
任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，内科、全科或康复科专业优先。
- 掌握老年病基础理论、临床药理学、药物毒理学等相关知识。
- 熟悉常见老年科疾病的临床症状、诊断与治疗方法。
- 具备执业医师资格。
必备技能
- 熟练掌握临床诊疗流程。
- 具备病历书写与审查能力。
