职位概况
我们正在寻找能够负责达人运营的专员，基于深圳，负责拓展真实创作者并将其内容转化为用户增长。
主要职责
- 寻找并对接真实创作者（非大网红），收集口播视频素材。
- 管理达人/KOC合作全流程，包括触达、谈判、内容审核、数据追踪及结算。
- 与海外创作者使用英文沟通，提供内容反馈并推动合作落地。
- 监控多项目进度，确保合作顺利进行。
任职要求
- 2年以上内容营销、达人运营或社媒运营经验，完整经历达人/KOC合作全流程。
- 英语读写能力强，能够直接用英文与海外创作者沟通。
- 深度沉浸在欧美内容生态，熟悉TikTok、Instagram等平台，具备判断热点内容的能力。
- 细致、执行力强，能同时跟进多个创作者合作。
- 具备基础的数据敏感度。
