职位概况
负责公司物流、生产质量、人力资源等核心业务系统的研发与运营，推动 AI 在真实业务流程中的落地。岗位常驻惠州，适合从零到一构建产品、快速迭代的全栈工程师。
主要职责
- 端到端负责内部业务系统的需求分析、方案设计、开发上线及持续迭代。
- 与物流、生产、人事等业务部门直接协作，将一线流程问题转化为系统能力。
- 快速交付可用版本，并根据业务反馈持续优化。
- 将大语言模型与 agent 工作流引入业务流程，实现文档解析、信息提取、流程自动化。
- 使用 TypeScript 与 React 构建现代 Web、桌面与移动端应用，设计类型安全的 API 与数据模型。
- 参与 CI/CD、代码规范、部署与运维等工程实践建设。
任职要求
- 具备完整的全栈项目设计与交付经验，注重用户体验与迭代效率。
- 熟练使用 AI 编码工具（如 Claude Code、Codex、Cursor）进行开发并能评估、修正其产出。
- 能够流畅阅读英文技术文档，具备良好的中文沟通能力。
- 结果导向、自驱力强，乐于学习新技术，主动补位。
必备技能
- TypeScript / JavaScript
- React（含 React Native、Expo）
- Node.js 后端框架：NestJS、Fastify、Hono
- PostgreSQL 等关系型数据库
- CI/CD、Docker、代码规范
- AI 编码工具（Claude Code、Codex、Cursor）
- 跨端开发经验：Electron、Tauri
- 实时后端经验：Convex、Firebase、Supabase
- 身份认证体系：Logto、Keycloak
- Python 数据分析、Three.js 等
