职位概况
负责医美/消费医疗领域的私域社群搭建与运营，提升品牌信任度并驱动用户到店转化。
主要职责
- 聚合主流平台用户数据，建立私域用户池并进行分层标签管理。
- 策划科普、案例分享、术后护理等内容，组织线上线下活动，提升用户粘性。
- 为合作机构提供社群运营支持，标准化运营模型并实现复制落地。
- 监控拉新、留存、活跃、到店转化等关键指标，输出分析报告并持续优化策略。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上医美或消费医疗私域/社群运营经验。
- 熟悉医美平台生态及私域运营方法论，有从0到1搭建私域体系的案例。
- 具备独立内容策划能力，能够产出科普、案例包装、活动方案等。
- 具备数据分析能力，能够通过数据驱动运营决策。
- 逻辑清晰，沟通及跨部门协作能力强。
- 了解医美行业，熟悉M22等光电设备者优先。
