Job description
职位概况
负责海安工厂质量管理体系的建立、完善与运行，确保符合ISO9000、ISO14001及客户要求，提升质量意识，推动持续改进。
主要职责
- 搭建并优化质量管理体系，满足ISO9000及客户标准。
- 加强IQC、PQC管理，控制来料质量及客户退货、投诉率。
- 跟进并落实改进计划，确保问题闭环。
- 组织质量部门培训，提升专业能力。
- 推动“以质量为中心”理念，提升全员质量意识。
- 分析客户投诉，48小时内提供改进方案。
- 负责质量团队目标管理与绩效考核。
- 落实EHS相关政策，确保符合国家规定。
- 建立、实施、维护ISO14001体系。
- 控制质量部门费用在预算范围内。
任职要求
- 大学本科及以上学历。
- 5年以上外资企业质量管理及团队管理经验。
- 熟悉ISO9000、ISO14001认证流程。
- 具备标签印刷行业背景者优先。
- 流利的英语听说读写能力。
