职位概况
负责长沙盒马门店的整体营运管理，统筹商品、加工、营销等部门，提升销售与毛利，确保客户体验。
主要职责
- 管理商品部、加工部、营销部的日常工作，指导团队完成目标。
- 管控商品订货、陈列、库存及损耗，推动销售业绩达标。
- 推进生熟联动项目，确保商品链路顺畅。
- 负责客服指标、用户体验及重大客诉的跟进处理。
- 落实公司制度规范，推动门店运营标准化。
- 开拓区域大客户，提升会员粘性与渗透率。
- 培养下属，打造高绩效团队，构建人才梯队。
任职要求
- 大专以上学历，3年以上工作经验，2年以上零售门店副店长或以上管理经验。
- 具备线上线下运营思维，能够制定并执行门店筹备计划。
- 熟悉商品知识，具备业务推动能力。
- 具备一定财务及报表分析能力，良好的目标管理与逻辑判断。
- 诚实正直，责任心强，能吃苦，有激情且执行力强。
