职位概况
负责制定并执行服装行业年度培训计划，提升终端零售团队业务能力，培养储备人才，确保培训效果落地。
主要职责
- 依据年度销售目标制定培训目标与计划。
- 组织终端零售培训、店铺开业培训及北极狐训练营。
- 跟进储备人才培养，实施带教与考核。
- 定期更新产品知识并组织学习、考试。
- 巡店发现问题并提供现场指导。
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求
- 专科及以上学历。
- 5年以上零售培训或管理经验，3年以上培训经理经验。
- 熟悉服装行业通路、商品及陈列知识。
- 具备良好的沟通、时间管理与平衡能力。
必备技能
